The NSW Government’s First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme makes buying your first home more affordable. Wherever you’re building in NSW, you may be able to access a first home buyer grant.
With the First Home Owners Grant, you may be eligible to access $10,000 towards the purchase price of your first home, in addition to the First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme benefits, which include a full or partial exemption on transfer duty.
